You can still register and view the on-line conference until December 10th. Please note when you register you will be sent an email with your log-in and password separately. This will be sent to you within one business day. 

This year has been the utmost challenge for our profession. We recognize that you and your staff are on the front lines working tirelessly to protect the residents in your care. To protect the health of our members, their residents, and staff, we have made the difficult decision to move our annual meeting and expo to a virtual event. 

While we are saddened to not host the largest long-term care event in Kentucky and will miss seeing your faces, we promise to bring you the same great content you expect from our annual meeting and expo, with unique ways to connect to others and impactful education sessions.

Annual Meeting Registration information:

Dates: November 11-12, 2020 (Registration is open for 30 days ,until December 10)

Registration Rate: New pricing structure for the Annual Meeting. This was structured to help with the registration process and allow more of your facility to join us virtually! Instead of a facility rate, we are offering an individual rate of:$249 per person

How do I access the convention website? A few days prior to the start of the Annual Meeting, you will receive an email from KAHCF that will include your login details for the convention website page. Each attendee will receive an email that is unique to them that includes their password/access key.

Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are nonrefundable. However, substitutions are accepted! Substitution of registration is permitted prior to the conference (November 4th) and to be emailed in writing to [email protected].Link sharing and splitting is strictly prohibited. A registration must be used by the same person for the entire conference.

Continuing Education
With 25 hours of education to choose from, an attendee participating in an education session during each offering time is eligible to earn eight hours over the two day conference. KAHCF is an approved provider of education for The KY Board of Licensures for Nursing Home Administrators and the Kentucky Board of Nursing (KY Board of Nursing approval of an individual nursing continuing education provider does not constitute endorsement of offering content.)

How do I earn administrator Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for the sessions? To earn administrator CEUs for a session, you must log in with your email and password and watch the webinar in its entirety.

I need to leave the webinar early. Can I still obtain Administrator CEUs? No. To obtain credit you must watch the entire webinar. If you close out of a webinar early, you will need to view it again, from the start, to earn the CEU.

When and how will I receive my CEUs? Your CEU certificate showing the total amount of credits earned during the KAHCF Virtual Convention will be posted  under your individual account approximately three  weeks after the conclusion of the convention, which runs November 11-December 10
