Presenter: Janine Lehman RN, RAC-CT, CLNC
She is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years' experience in long term care, working in all nursing capacities from Nursing Assistant and Charge Nurse, to MDS Coordinator, Staff Development Coordinator, ADON, and DON. She is MDS Certified through AANAC, and is a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. Her background includes serving as a Corporate Nurse Consultant, and the Director of Clinical Services for a multi-facility, multi-level of care organization. She has extensive experience in the RAI process, clinical documentation, legal nurse consulting, restorative nursing programs, fall management, QAPI, and infection control, and has provided training on these topics for State and National organizations.

Members: $440 per person for all eight webinar sessions

Continuing Education
The
Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities is an approved provider
of continuing education by the Kentucky Board of Nursing, #5-0002. To
receive the 8 contact hours, you must complete the entire program.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation received in writing no later than seven (7) workdays prior to a seminar will receive a full refund. Cancellations received in writing inside of seven (7) workdays will receive one-half refund. Any participants who don't attend a program will receive no refund unless prior notice in writing is given to the association office as outlined in this policy. Participants may appeal refund determinations by requesting reconsideration by the Executive Committee. Such appeals must be made in writing within 30 days after the seminar or convention is held.
