Activity Program Development Part 1 & 2-
Each facility has a different personality.  This session focuses on ensuring your activity program matches your resident population.  It challenges the “3 B’s” principle and pushes us to think outside the box when developing an activity program.

Activity Documentation & MDS3.0-What do I do?-
What to include in a quarterly activity note is a question that is often posed.  This session looks at the different pieces of information that should be covered in the note and describes the importance of incorporating information from the MDS3.0 into the quarterly note.

Meaningful Activity Programming for Those Living with Dementia-
This session presents multiple principles that assist in developing a successful activity program specifically for those living with Dementia.  Layered Activities, Sensory Focused Activities, Theme Kits, Spark of Life and the Montessori Program are all discussed.

And a “round table” portion to share your facility calendars  and sharing of your Best of the Best ideas.  And everyone bring ONE innovative activity with supplies to conduct with the group or display for the group
