Discussion will include assessment considerations, effective care planning in high-risk areas, reporting daily care and services, and overcoming common barriers. Contact Hours: One (1) contract hours each session; NAB approved through Proactive LTC Consulting

Presenter: Shelly Maffia, MSN, MBA, RN, LNHA, QCP, CHC, CLNC, CPC 

She is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with experience serving as an Administrator, Director of Nursing, and as a multi-site Corporate Nurse Consultant. She holds AAPACN’s QAPI Certified Professional (QCP) credential, is certified in healthcare compliance through the Healthcare Compliance Association (HCCA) and is an Infection Preventionist. She presents extensively on LTC clinical, regulatory, and compliance matters.

Registration fee:

Members: $660 per person for all twelve webinar sessions  (all twelve sessions are recorded)

Nonmember: $760 per person

Continuing Education

The Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities is an approved provider of continuing education by the Kentucky Board of Nursing, #5-0002.  To receive the 12 contact hours, you must complete the entire program. Certificates may be printed once the program evaluation is submitted. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected]. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Cancellations received no later than January 3rd will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between January 3  to January 9 will receive a refund of 1/2. Registrants who do not attend or who do not complete the full seminar will not receive a refund unless prior written notice is given to the KAHCF office.
