1. Identify the requirements/key components of HR Management.
2. Be familiar with hiring/firing and disciplinary action strategies.
3. Describe the role of the DON in HR Management.
4. Describe sources for possible staff hiring.
15 minutes: Requirements and key components of HR Management.
15 minutes: Strategies for hiring/firing and disciplinary action.
15 minutes: DON roles and responsibilities in HR Management.
10 minutes: Exploring sources for staff hiring.
5 minutes: Questions and Answers

refund unless prior written notice is given to the KAHCF office.
