Getting Down to Basic MDS 3.0 Training (Jan 24 only)
This course is designed for attendees to have two different options for Basic MDS Training: register for all three days or register individually for each day based on the agenda. The training will take place over a total of three days, allowing more time to cover each section and the new October 1, 2019 changes. Below is the agenda and target audience for the  Friday, January 24 training.

 

Day Three agenda will cover MDS 3.0 Sections M-V, including the new Sections J2100 – J5000 Surgical Procedures.  This day will focus on the sections usually assigned to Nursing and Therapy staff, and will include training and practice on the Care Area Assessments  (CAAs) and the Care Plan.

“Slide handouts will be provided for each day of training, but the MDS 3.0 RAI Manual will only be provided to attendees that sign up for all 3 days.”

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected] or faxed to 502-425-3431. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Cancellations received no later than January 15 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between January 15 to January 21 will receive a refund of 1/2. Registrants who do not attend or who do not complete the full seminar will not receive a refund unless prior written notice is given to the KAHCF office.
