KAHCF 2021 Quality Summit

June 15-16, 2021-We are looking forward to reuniting with our members, Platinum vendors and friends at the Embassy Suites-Coldstream in Lexington this June for our upcoming Quality Summit that offers a unique education and relationshipbuilding opportunity for long-term care professionals. This year’s summit offers the opportunity to discuss and learn how to navigate the ever-changing landscape of senior care with up-to-date educational offerings focusing on workforce, covid-19, infection control, and behavior management to earn valuable CEU credits. You have the opportunity to earn up to seven CEUs and sharpen your skills and enhance your knowledge on some of the most important topics pertinent to your current role. We understand that the pandemic is far from over and this is why we are taking extra precautions to prioritize your safety and health at our conference

 

 

KAHCF COVID-19 Protocols
The association will be following all CDC guidelines for gatherings to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We will require all attendees to wear a face mask in public at all times and practice safe social distancing. The capacity for this event has been lessened to assist in keeping a safe distance. Hand sanitizer will be placed at convenient locations throughout the hotel. We ask that you adhere to the policies the hotel and KAHCF put forth and work together to keep your peers safe! We will be updating our protocols as COVID-19 guidance changes closer to the date.

This was restructured to help with the registration process and allow more of your facility to join us! Instead of a facility rate, we are now offering an individual rate of $159 per person*. This is comparable to other long term conventions in the area.

KAHCF CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received seven (7) workdays prior to the seminar date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received inside of seven (7) workdays will receive one-half refund. Participants who do not attend will not receive a refund unless prior written notice is given to the KAHCF office. All cancellations must be made in writing and may be emailed or faxed to the Association office. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.

PAYMENT AND COLLECTION POLICY
Members shall pay for conventions or seminars in advance. All registrations must be accompanied by complete payment or a “purchase order.”
Registrations received without payment will not be processed until above conditions are met. If “purchase order” is used, full payment must be
received seven (7) days prior to seminar or convention. Any payment not received prior to the event shall be billed at the non-member rate. All
registrations received without payment or “purchase order” will be invoiced at time registration is received. If membership dues or any invoices are 90
days in arrears, registration fee for seminar or convention will be charged at the non-member rate unless payment is made in full seven (7) days prior to seminar or convention
