  1. Understand the five core elements required by CMS for an acceptable plan of correction

2. Become familiar with the time frame requirements for submission of an acceptable plan of correction

3. Demonstrate the ability to write an acceptable plan of correction

4. Discuss what documentation is needed for a successful IDR

5. Identify the steps in the IDR process

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected] or faxed to 502-425-3431. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Cancellations received no later than January  will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between December 28  to January 3 will receive a refund of 1/2. Registrants who do not attend or who do not complete the full seminar will not receive a refund unless prior written notice is given to the KAHCF office.
