Projected Learning Outcomes/Course Objectives: At the conclusion of each session, the learner will:

1. Identify the regulatory requirements related to F880 & F884

2. Identify survey procedures that describe how Infection Control requirements are reviewed for compliance during the annual survey process

3. Identify examples of how F-Tag 880 & F884 are commonly cited in the long-term care survey process

4. Identify tools for the leadership team to use for monitoring compliance with Infection Control requirements

5. Explain strategies for incorporating survey preparedness related to Infection Control into facility QAPI process

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected] or faxed to 502-425-3431. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Cancellations received no later than January  will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between December 28  to January 3 will receive a refund of 1/2. Registrants who do not attend or who do not complete the full seminar will not receive a refund unless prior written notice is given to the KAHCF office.
